At alimex, we take the social responsibility as part of the society in which we operate as a company seriously. Therefore alimex has forged relationships with diverse stakeholder groups, authorities, associations, residents and unions.
We support young people in starting careers - class winners as well as teenagers from a disadvantaged social background. For example, alimex have supported internships for learners at Peter-Ustinov-School in Mönchengladbach for years in order to give them an impression what the working world is like. Of course, inquiries from pupils in other schools are also welcome.
Cooperation with universities is well-established. Degree dissertations have been overseen in our company for years. alimex regularly support student teams with material for the international construction competition for single-seated race cars, Formula Student Germany.
Additionally, alimex keep an eye on meaningful projects beyond the immediate field of interest. For example, the company made donations to the "Fit am Ball - Africa" (www.fitamball-africa.de) campaign which supports schools in Africa with its proceeds.
